Jan. 21: The Arlington Public Library’s Virtual Self-Care Event

In times of stress, the first thing to go is probably your “me time.” But self-care is actually even more important when you’re overwhelmed and busy. It’s the only way to achieve some inner equilibrium, allowing you to stay productive and positive. If you’re struggling to take good care of yourself right now, tune into the Self-Care for 2021 event hosted by the Arlington Public Library.

The free virtual event will unfold via Zoom this Thursday from 8 to 9 p.m.—register here for the link. Led by self-care expert and author Gracy Obuchowicz, the session will relay some techniques you can take to stay calm and grounded as 2021 unfolds. The self-care ideas are all quick and easy, so you don’t need a great deal of knowledge or time to implement them.
